The GBI says a body pulled from a well off Sandy Cross Road in Oglethorpe County is likely that of Charles Parker, the 25 year-old Monroe man missing since mid-January. An autopsy is scheduled for today on the body found Monday. Parker was last seen January 15, leaving a church in Lithonia en route to Athens for a meeting with a business partner. His car was found a few days later in downtown Athens.
