Highway 17 Work Delayed in Franklin Co

Work that was to have started today on Highway 17 in Franklin County has been delayed: crews were to have started work on the resurfacing of a 4-mile stretch of 17 from Silo Road in Lavonia to the Franklin-Hart County line. No new start date has been set.
