Hood Wants Out of Barrow Co Jail

Accused Athens cop killer Jamie Hood wants out of the Barrow County jail: Hood is asking to be transferred to the DeKalb County jail in Decatur. He’s claiming his cell in Winder is too cold, and he says he’s not getting medical attention. Hood is awaiting trial for last year’s murder of Athens-Clarke County Police officer Buddy Christian.
