High school students from Rabun County are among those who will take part in a new program announced by Governor Nathan Deal: they’ll join students from Douglas and Bulloch counties in inaugurating the new needs-based scholarship program that will funded by grants from AT&T. It’s called the REACH scholarship; eligible students will receive $2,500 scholarships from Georgia Tech.
