ESPN says the Georgia Bulldogs landed a top recruiting class on Wednesday’s National Signing Day, the first day for high school football players to sign letters of intent with colleges and universities. That’s a designation that could change, depending on the outcome of a still unfolding recruiting drama: Josh Harvey-Clemons is a linebacker from Valdosta, considered the top recruit in the state. He’s committed to Georgia, but his grandfather—his legal guardian—has yet to sign the paperwork that would make Harvey-Clemons a Bulldog.
